This is our most popular service. You pick a model from our existing range, we apply your brand logo, your colour choice and your packaging design. No tooling cost. No engineering changes needed. Your product is ready in 20 days. Minimum 100 units per model. Ideal for new brands, online sellers and regional distributors who want to launch fast without heavy investment.

Full OEM Custom Manufacturing
You have specific product requirements — a certain tank size, a specific motor, a unique chassis shape. We manufacture it. Our R&D team works from your engineering specs or your product brief. MOQ 500 units. Lead time quoted per project.

Brushless DC motor — uses up to 60% less electricity than standard coolers. Inverter-compatible. Low noise (≤52dB). Premium segment product, ideal for energy-conscious urban markets. Remote control standard. MOQ: 300 units. Lead time: 22–26 working days.
3. Plastic Body Air Cooler (OEM)
Lightweight, rust-free ABS plastic body. More affordable price point, lower shipping weight and easier to maintain. Strong demand in humid coastal markets and the value segment. Tank sizes 20L – 55L. MOQ: 200 units. Lead time: 20–24 working days.
4. Industrial Air Cooler (OEM)
Large-area cooling for factories, warehouses, logistics parks and open commercial spaces. Built for 24/7 operation. Three-phase motor options. Airflow: 2,000 CMH to 8,000 CMH. MOQ: 100 units. Lead time: 24–30 working days.
FAQ
Our MOQ Policy flexible for white label and private label orders on
existing models. For fully custom OEM with new tooling, the MOQ is 500
units. There is no MOQ on samples — you can order as few as one unit to
check quality before committing to bulk production.
Sample cost is typically ₹2,800 to ₹6,500 per unit. The full sample amount is
adjusted against your first bulk order above 200 units. If you don't proceed,
you keep the sample and we keep the cost. Simple as that.
Standard lead time is 20 to 28 working days from order confirmation and advance
payment. This includes custom branding, packaging printing and inline QC. For
repeat orders with no design changes, often 15–18 working days.
Your logo goes on the body panel, remote control, instruction manual, retail box
and master carton. Screen printing, UV printing or branded labels depending on
surface. Logo artwork needed in vector format.
Yes. Aircome manufactures BLDC air coolers for OEM and private label orders from
300 units. Our BLDC range uses 50–60% less electricity than standard AC
induction motor coolers and is inverter-compatible. They run quieter — under
52dB — suitable for bedroom and office use.
30% advance to confirm the order, 70% before shipment. T/T in USD, EUR, AED and
INR. L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. Net-30 credit terms for verified
clients after three completed orders.
Yes. We have a structured dealer supply programme for distributors across Indian
states. Volume pricing tiers from 500 units. Currently supplying networks in
Rajasthan, Delhi NCR, UP, Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Bihar.
Factory visits by serious buyers are welcome. Give us 7 working days' notice.
International clients can do a virtual video tour first. We have nothing to hide
on the factory floor.
